You never know how many spare keys are still out there. Change all exterior locks, garage codes, alarm codes, and smart lock passwords for peace of mind.

Find the main water shut-off, electrical panel, gas shut-off, and sump pump (if applicable). Knowing where these are before an emergency can prevent costly damage.
